Daily Diamond Report Launches

RAPAPORT... Jacques Voorhees, founder and former executive of Polygon and Bill Boyajian, former president of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) launched the Daily Diamond Report (DDR), an online service that offers diamond trading. The platform, which is powered by VeriChannel, provides subscribers with lists of recently graded diamonds from the labs of GIA and the American Gem Society (AGS). DDR stones are graded and posted as long as they have not appeared anywhere else on the Internet, therefore they cannot be "shopped" by consumers on multiple websites.
The DDR also allows clients of the GIA and AGS labs to pre-market their stones before they have physically left the lab and before the grading reports have been printed. The service is available for free to both the companies who post diamonds and the buyers who participate. VeriChannel generates all revenue from advertising.
